Mango Smoothy

Easy to make and delicious to consume.

Ingredients

  • Handful of frozen mango pieces
  • A banana
  • Fresh ginger finely grated
  • 3-5 dates
  • 3-5 almonds
  • Natural yoghurt
  • Some milk

Instructions

  • Mix ingredients in a blender, to make a delicious and refreshing smoothy.

Although I’m not a qualified chef I do like to pretend I’m on Master Chef. I source the recipes from the stated source (not sauce) and make them taking the photo of the meal I produce for myself.
