These were surprisingly easy to make. Healthy and delicious, great for school and work lunches.
Apricot Bliss Balls
Ingredients
- 1 cup dried apricots
- 1 cup dried dates
- 3 cups boiling water
- ½ cup almonds
- ½ cup cashew nuts
- ¼ cup walnuts
- ¼ cup sunflower seeds
- ½ cup sesame seeds garnish
Instructions
- Put the fruit and boiling water in a bowl for 5 minutes to soften. Drain.
- Combine all fruit, nuts and seeds in a food processor and blend until it forms a big ball.
- Form into smaller balls and roll in the sesame seeds.
