Creamy Chicken and Spinach Pasta
Very qwik and simple to prepare, this delicious meal will help fuel future training sessions.
Servings: 4
Ingredients
- 400 g fresh or 300g dried fettuccine
- 1 pkt Maggi Cook in the Pot Creamy Carbonara Recipe Mix
- 375 mL can Carnation Light & Creamy Evaporated Milk
- 400 g boneless, skinless chicken breast cut into strips
- 130 g baby leaf spinach
Instructions
- Cook fettuccine following packet instructions.
- Combine Maggi Cook in the Pot Creamy Carbonara Recipe Mix and Carnation Light & Creamy Evaporated Milk in large saucepan and bring to the boil.
- Add chicken and simmer for 5-7 minutes until cooked.
- Stir through fettuccine and spinach before serving.
