This slaw brings out flavours and combines well with a range of options.
Spicy Cabbage Slaw
Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp lime juice
- ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
- ½ Tbsp tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- ¼ head red cabbage thinly shredded
- ¼ head green cabbage thinly shredded
- ½ jalapeno minced
- small handful of cilantro (coriander) leaves
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, vinegar, brown sugar and
- Combine the shredded cabbages, jalapeno and cilantro/coriander in a large bowl. Pour dressing over and toss well.
Notes
Serve with taco, burgers and wraps.
