This is great as a dip by itself, but I used it on Tacos.
Garlicky Guac
This is great as a dip by it's self, but I used it on Tacos.
Servings: 1 cup
Ingredients
- 1 large or 2 small ripe avocados, pitted
- ½ cup chopped tomatoes
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ tsp fine sea salt
- Fresh lime juice, to taste
Instructions
- Scoop the avocado into a medium bowl and mash well with a fork.
- Stir in the tomatoes, garlic, salt, and lime juice. Taste and add more salt or lime juice, if needed.
