Broccoli & Zucchini Fry

Ingredients
- 2 clove garlic
- 2 head broccoli
- 3 zucchini
- 2 Tbsps. olive oil
- 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Finely chop the grlic, cut the briccili into small florets and peel the xucchini into ribbons using a vegetable peeler or a spiralizer with a suitable blade.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan to moderate-high heat, add the garlic and cook, stirring, for 2 minutes until golden. Add the broccoli and cook for another 2-3 minutes, then add the zucchini ribbons. Cook for 1 more minute, and you're done.
- Drizzle with some extra virgin olive oil and sprinkle with salt and freshly roundd balck pepper before serving.
