Blueberry and Apple Crumble
Crispy and delicious, especially with ice cream. A great treat for a winter's evening.

Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 2 apples cored and chopped
- 2 Tbsps. brown sugar
- ½ cup rolled oats
- 50 g sliced almonds (about 4 tablespoons olive oil)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven 180℃/355°F.
- Combine the blueberries and apples in a shallow baking dish. Combine other ingredients in a bowl and mix together.
- Sprinkle the topping over the fruit. Give the top a spray of olive oil, and bake in the oven until the fruit is soft and the topping is crunchy and browned.
