Pan-seared Steak
Cooked to perfection this steak will be a people pleaser with the delisious flavours of the meat and the spices.

Ingredients
- 4-6 ounces ribeye or tenderloin steak per serving
- salt, pepper, sugar, and ground coriander to rub
- a few thick slices of rustic bread per serving
- Tomato Jam
- 1 small bunch of radishes, sliced thin
- crumbled blue or goat cheese
- ½ juice of a lemon
Instructions
- Rub steaks with salt, pepper, a sprinkle of sugar, and a dash ground coriander. Heat a lighlty oiled sauté pan to medium-high.
- Sear the steaks in the hot pan. After second side has seared, turn heat to medium and cook to desired degree of doneness, about 10-12 minutes total. Let rest for a few minutes while you grill the bread.
- Brush both sides of bread with butter or oil. Grill in hot pan or under broiler until both sides are crisp.
