Designed for Intermediate Ironman triathletes who are trying to enhance their swimming, the primary goal of this training plan is to prepare you to EXCEL in YOUR Ironman or Challenge race.
The programme is made up of three swim sessions each week. This leaves plenty of time to include your running and cycling within your programme. To start this programme it is recommended that you are able to swim for 3,000m (including rests).
Over the 24 weeks you will build up your fitness and finish swimming faster over an Ironman swim of 3.8km (2.4 miles).
