2tbspvirgin coconut oil (or olive oil)melted

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180°C/355°F. Line a rimmed backing sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine the nuts, maple syrup, and oil. Sprinkle the turmeric, cinnamon, salt, and cayenne (if using), over top and toss to coat evenly.
Spread the nuts on the baking sheet and roast in the centre of the oven for 8 to 12 minutes, stirring every 4 minutes, until the nuts turn slightly darker.
Allow to cool completely and then store in a glass jar.
